Segments
As of September 30, 2018, the Company was organized into two operating segments through which senior management evaluates the Company’s business. These segments, as described in more detail in Note 1, are organized around the products and services provided to customers and represent the Company’s reportable segments. Prior to the acquisition of ADGE (see Note 4. “Acquisition of American DG Energy Inc.”), the Company’s operations were comprised of a single segment.
