Subsequent Events We have evaluated events through the date of this filing, and, except as described below, have determined that no material subsequent events occurred that would require recognition in the consolidated financial statements or disclosure in the notes thereto.
On July 23, 2024, we borrowed an additional $500,000 from Mr. John N. Hatsopoulos, and executed a promissory note with a maturity of year year and an interest rate of 5.06% per annum on the terms and conditions set forth therein and the Note Subscription Agreement dated October 9, 2023, as amended.
